CEO
Leah is our Founder & CEO – she has spent her career growing revenue for brands by building strong partnerships through in-depth research and analysis paired with deep relationships and insights.
Leah’s roles within ad agencies & media companies inform a unique approach to help brands build powerful relationships that drive their business goals.
Leah’s expertise in strategic planning, marketing, digital media, communications, experiential, and sales have made her a trusted advisor to multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Her career includes several leadership positions working with and for publishing brands and blue-chip companies including Time, People, Fortune, Procter & Gamble, Delta, US ARMY, State Farm, Walmart, Union Pacific, SC Johnson, Microsoft, and United.
Leah is very active in her community and has been on the Wicker Park Committee board for 10 years, serving 2 years as President. She was honored as a Leader in 1st Ward Chicago by the Alderman and has led many community events & initiatives.
Operations Manager
Laurie is an Operations Manager with a remarkably wide range of experience in marketing, advertising, and administration– leading projects and creating processes for companies and systems to run efficiently.
She is a specialist in CRM data extraction, organization, and analysis.
She has worked with Fortune 500 companies in both consumer and B-to-B marketing - including Altria, Beam, Allstate, Edward Jones, Progressive and GM. Laurie started her career at Time Inc at Fortune in administration and worked her way up to Operations Manager. She was an integral member of the team that led the transition when Time became an independent company.Laurie loves analyzing data, but also is a Las Vegas food aficionado, avid cook and animal lover.
